Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, inform us (Conscious Innovation Lab OÜ, email: hello@fotoklar.com) by an unequivocal statement (e.g. email).
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires early if, when ordering, you expressly agree that we begin creating your photos immediately after your payment and you confirm that you thereby lose that right. You give this agreement in the last step before payment, via a box that is not pre-ticked; without it we do not start. You receive confirmation of your declaration with the payment confirmation by email.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days, using the same means of payment you used.
